In addition, Legal Action Workshop offers document preparation in the form of divorce, legal separation, annulment, and paternity actions as well as responses to these matters. We also prepare name changes, as well as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney all for low flat fees. You will have a consultation(s) with the attorney, as needed, and professional preparation of your documents.
The consultation(s) can be by phone or in person as is convenient. In either case, the attorney will assess your particular legal concerns and prepare the necessary documents.
