Your consultation with the Attorney will be scheduled within one business day from the date of purchase. This package includes two types of Powers of Attorney: one is for financial decisions and the other is for medical decisions. With a Financial Power of Attorney, you can stipulate who will handle your assets and take care of your financial needs if you become incapacitated or unable to make those decisions for yourself. |
For medical decisions, an Advanced Healthcare Directive will designate a person to handle your health care decisions if you were to become unable to make these decisions for yourself. With an Advanced Healthcare Directive, you can also decide the treatment you would receive in the event that you become ill or require life support. For example, if you choose not to be kept alive by life support, you can include this in the Health Care Directive. You can also include decisions pertaining to medical treatment and care.
